Diane

For time:
21-15-9 reps of
Deadlift 225lb/155lb
Handstand Push-ups.

I didn't do this one rx'd, but neither did anyone else in the 6am class. I deadlifted 185lbs and did kipping handstand pushups.

10:47. Couldn't catch the Janimal, who finished five seconds quicker.

I shouldn't have gone on YouTube, because I found a video of a guy doing this workout in under two minutes.

Fuck.

This week's gym challenge is doing levers on the pull-up bar. I tried doing that after the workout, but my shoulders remembered the 180+ pull-ups I did on Saturday and were all like "Fuck you, pal."

1. I would like to see the numbers on the weights that he used.
2. He dropped the DL on each round and that in my mind doesn't count.
Still very fast time though.

You crushed this one buddy.

That is Bret Marshall. He owns CFC with OPT. He was second, only to OPT(James Fitzgerald) in the first Crossfit games. You can here OPT talking in the background. They were both at the gymnastics cert with us. OPT said that Brett Marshall is the most powerfull Crossfitter he has seen anywhere.

I got you on this one Tyler.

Now that you mention it Chris I remember that guy from the barbell Cert too, really strong.

Wow Tyler are we going for a record here?

IS anyone allowed free reign?

First thing I wanted to mention too was that he dropped his last DL in each round! I'm sure he's had that criticism since sharing this video. Still amazing time though, and maybe this is a long time ago and you were allowed to drop DLs??

Yep, met Brett Marshall at both the barbell and gymnastic certs. Pretty amazing athlete.

I should also mention that they were allowed to drop DLs at the games this year, so you never know when the standards are going to change. Gotta be ready for anything, ya know?!

Though I should know better by now, I will say that the same rules apply here as on THNTS. Which is to say, you can pretty much say anything you want in the comments. Even you, a and Harlan.
