"Griff"

Run 800m, 400m backwards, 800m, then 400m backwards.

This was a lot worse than it sounds. Of course, the massive four-plate brunch I had at Alredo's didn't help matters. I got a stitch in my side on the first 200m and it didn't let up. Running backwards really sucks.
