Push Press/Double Unders then Russian Twists/Plank Hold

A. Five rounds for time: 25 Push Press 75lb and 50 Double Unders

I probably could have upped my intensity on this one a bit and finished a bit faster. 


B. Core work = NOT for time:

3 rounds of: 25 Russian Twists with 35/25lb dumbbell, 1 min Plank hold

Done.  No fun, whatsoever.
