Back Squats and "Allsorts"

A. Back Squats @80%1RM 3×5

I used 245, which was really, really hard for me today. 

B.   Allsorts

For time:
250M Row
15 Kettlebell Swings 70/55lb (overhead)
25 Burpees
15 Kettlebell Swings
250M Row

This was unpleasant, but at least it was short.  5:01.
