Stopped into CrossFit Calgary for the WOD:
For time:
30 toes to bar
20 back squats (205 lbs)
20 toes to bar
15 back squats
10 toes to bar
10 back squats
Took me 13:30. The worst part was trying to convince myself to grab the bar for more T2B after my sissy hands started hurting.
Is it Normal to be Sore after a Workout?
