Strength - Workout A

Back squats - three sets of 5 x 210lbs

Shoulder press - three sets of 5 x 100lbs

Deadlift - one set of 5 x 255lbs

Weighted pull-ups - three sets of 5 x 25lbs

Yeah, I'm really enjoying it. And given some of the killer WODs that have popped up recently, I feel like I'm getting away with something.
