Two-thirds of 10 minutes of Rowing

I saw this WOD in a magazine.  It looked short and not too nutso, and it allowed me to use my lonely, under-used rower for a quick early morning WOD. 


10 minutes of rowing for distance.
Every minute: row 40 seconds, rest 20.

By the end I had rowed 1,934m
