C&J Waves then "Jump, Jump"

A. Clean & Jerk waves  

(70%x2, 75%x1, 80%x1) x 3

I used 145 as my 70%, 155 as my 75% and 165 as my 80%

We do three sets of this, transitioning quickly between the weights and resting in between sets.

Done.  Got nice and sweaty. 



B. “Jump, Jump!”

For time:
100 double unders
15 deck squat jumps
75 double unders
10 deck squat jumps
25 double unders
5 deck squat jumps

7:36.  Not a stellar time.  It might be time for a new speed rope.  My current one is frayed and it gets snagged on my shorts on failure.
