Snatch and "CrossFit Triathalon"

A. Hang Squat Snatch

3-2-1-1-1

Ended up at 135lbs
I was not happy with my technique.  I just lack confidence to catch it in the squat. 

B. “CrossFit Triathlon”

800m Run

200 Double Unders


I got done the row in under 3:00, was back from the run around 7:25, and took forever on the DUs.
