"Nate"

# of rounds in 20 minutes:

2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 Bell Swings – 70/55lb


The CFR website listed the MU sub as four pull-ups and four push-ups, but I am old school and did ring dips instead of push-ups. By round three, I was not liking that decision.
