Ring dips / front squats

A. Four strict ring dips per minute for 15 minutes.

I tried to do these mostly without kipping, but then they got really hard. At ten minutes, I cut back to 3/min and then at 12 minutes in, it became 2/min. I may have done three in the last minute.

B. 20 x front squats, using 87% of your one-rep max, in as few sets as possible.

Using 195lbs, I did sets of 8-8-4.
