For time:
30 Overhead Squats – 135/95lb
100 Double-Unders
20 Squat Cleans – 135/95lb
100 Double-Unders
10 Thrusters – 135/95lb

I thought the OHS would be easier and the thrusters would be harder. Shows what I know.
