A. Push Press 5-5-5 (start at 75% and increase)

B. “Dead Hang Helen” for time

400M Run
21 Kettlebell Swings 55/35lb
12 Dead Hang Pull-ups (use band if needed)

I used a chin-up grip. Otherwise, I'd still be doing this. 15:31

C. Push-Up Ladder
2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2 reps, unbroken, must stand up between rounds

Done, along with four other members of the "Pentagon of Sexy."
