Basement: AMRAP

15 minute AMRAP wih Harlan.  It was a little crowded in the workout room but we made it work. 

20 cal row
20 push-ups
20 calorie AirDyne
20 sit-ups

3 rounds plus 20 push-ups and 20 AD cal.  


Afterward, we did some half-hearted planks.
