"Hip Hip Hooray"

Four rounds of:

30 overhead lunges w/ 45lb bar
15 burpees
15 weighted sit-ups w/ 45lb dumbbell

15:21.

After, we were supposed to do 3 rounds of 3 reps of our 80% max clean and jerk. I'm not sure what my max is, but I did do a 165lb hang clean once, so I thought 135 would be okay. I did a couple rounds of 115 and a couple of 135. I didn't want to push it anymore than that, as I barely got the last one at 135.

My right arm is still bothering me a fair bit from Saturday's Painstorm. I may have to sit out Thursday if I'm going to do the infamous "My Pet Rock" Painstorm on Saturday.
