Done.
185 seemed like a lot for me, so I went to CFR thinking I'd do the intermediate weight of 155.
Leya and Jarvis convinced me to do otherwise. I hedged my bets by using a plate configuration that could have been quickly stripped to 155, but it wasn't necessary.
My form was a little wonky, as my feet went way wide to get under the bar, but I managed to do all 30.
B. Diminishing Rowing Sprints
