1min each x 2 rounds: Singles, Running in place, Left/right Jumps, DoublesI sort of half did this. The left/right one -- at least the way I did it -- did not look very manly, I'll put it that way.
B. Skill = Kipping Handstand Push up Practice
1-2-3-4-5This is like the one CrossFit skill that I'm well above average at, so... happy fun times.
C. Metcon = “Power Elizabeth” 21-15-9 reps of:
Power Cleans – 135/95lb
Ring Dips
7:22 rx'd. I like this way better than regular Elizabeth with the squat cleans.
I tried to go at a good, steady pace on the cleans, and get the ring dips done as quickly as possible.
