40 Burpees
30 Snatch, 75 / 45 lbs
30 Burpees30 Snatch, 135 / 75 lbs
20 Burpees
30 Snatch, 165 / 100 lbs
10 burpees
Max rep Snatch, 210 / 120 lbs
- We only did 15 snatches for each weight.
- Took a little break after the first set of snatches.
- There wasn't a gym full of onlookers yelling at me like there will be on Saturday.
So, yeah, the practice version.
Doing the 15-snatch sets:
40 burpees
15 snatch 75lb
short break, one minute or so
30 burpees
15 snatch 135lb
20 burpees
I had around a minute left to attempt a 165lb snatch. Uh... yeah... that's my max. I'm tired as hell. I've got to do a shitload of snatch on Saturday. Didn't try it.
