In teams of 4, perform the following:
300 Pull-ups
400 Push-ups
500 Sit-ups
600 Squats
*Only 2 can be working at a time.
With BrianB, Robin and Kim Fly, this took us 30:05 or something. Damn, this sucked HARD.
My push-ups need a lot of work. Why am I not working on my push-ups more? It's something I can do while I watch TV. I should be doing 100 a day when I'm not at CrossFit.
