VolkeFit: Awesomesauce to Spare

A) 4 pull-ups + 1 lean-away pull-up
Do five sets.

B) Seated DB shoulder press.
4 sets of 6.

I did with 2 x 45 lb


C)
12-24-36 calorie Assault Bike
36-24-12 ball slams (Steve's ball is 30 lb)

I completely forgot how long this took
