12 sets:
  • Row 100m 
  • 5 Russian bell swings (60 lb)
  • 3 burpees
  • 10 calories Assault bike 


Rest 2 min after each set.  Rest 5 min after the 6th set (I forgot to do this, and did it after the 7th)
