I think I did 185-205-225B. “Back at the Ranch” (from Spring Fling 2011)
3 mins Burpee Box Jump overs (24/20″) - 32? That seems low.1 min rest
3 mins Sled Drags for distance (185/125, 135/95, 95/65lb) back and forth to 50m mark.
I used 185. This was terrible. I couldn't get moving to start. Ended up with 125m
