For time, in teams of two, complete the following:
100m sprint together
75 wall ball, one partner working at a time
100m sprint together
6 rounds (3 rounds each) of the following, with non-working partner holding a plank:
- 5 burpee pull ups
- 5 jumping squats
- 5 push ups
- 5 toes to bar (knee raises)
250 Double Unders, one partner working at a time
100m partner carry (rx requires each partner to complete 50M)
