Back Squats / Spring Fling WOD2

A. Back Squats 5-5-5

(start at 81%; Spring Fling competitors do sets across )

I did a few warm-up sets and then did fives of 245.

I tweaked my back on this so only did two sets


 

B.  Spring Fling WOD2: “Save Olympic Wrestling”


12 minute AMRAP of:

5 KB Snatch each arm  (10 points)

5 pullup/ toes to bar complex (10 points)

15 Burpee broad jumps (15 points)


3 rounds + 5 KB snatch (right arm) + 5 KB snatch (left arm)  +  5 pull-up/T2B + 9 Burpee Broad Jumps
