I had a brief window to get in a workout.

5 pull-ups
10 T-BAG squats (approx 80lb)
50 double unders

Later in the day, I went and moved a bunch of lumber for my father-in-law's new fence. I didn't time it or weigh it, but it was at least an hour's worth of work.
