Second workout in 12 hours. I'm not sure if that's a good idea or not.

Using a 75lb barbell, AMRAP in 20 minutes:
5 deadlifts
5 hang power cleans
5 front squats
5 push press
5 back squats
The killer part of this is that you can't put the bar down once you start the sequence until you're done your last back squat, otherwise the round won't count.
14 rounds, plus 5 deadlifts and 1 hang power clean.

Did you do this one last June for comparison sake? I added 2 rounds today.
I think so, but it was before I started posting results on the blog. I was recording them in my Palm Pilot, but it's currently dead. I may have only gotten 7 rounds.
