B-Squad: 50 minutes of Funnishness

Five rounds of:

  • Two minutes of rowing
  • Two minutes of biking
  • Two minutes of box step-ups (20'')
  • Two minutes of shuttle runs
  • Two minutes of walking (this was my favourite)


My goal was to just keep going at a medium pace.

The Boy joined me for this one.  He did one minute on, one minute off for each exercise.
