120 Pull-ups and Assisted Ring Dips

The official workout was 30 muscle-ups for time. Sub is four pull-ups and ringdips for every MU.

I can't do ringdips (gotta work on those) so I did them assisted.

It's day 69 of the Wall Ball Challenge so I did those, plus half of tomorrow's.
